Chi tiết:  The VD3-71 Eddy Current Flaw Detector is intended for manual testing with eddy current

technique for surface and subsurface defects, such as material discontinuity (cracks, laps,
cissings, fine cracks etc.), in the products made from ferromagnetic materials.
It is applied in the following branches of industry: aircraft, railway transport, oil and gas, chemical,
power and engineering.

Storage of a great number of setups and testing results in the flaw detector
memory • Advanced capabilities of data analysis due to the speciality application-dependent software • Mode of two-way communication with PC USB
• Estimate of defect depth and length, and also LED and sound alarm of the detected flaw
• High ergonomics – convenient and small case, small weight, high-contrast TFT display,
assignment of the most frequently used functions
to 'hot keys' of the keyboard, and also the usage
of a special leather cover for handy and secure
holding of the instrument in a hand • Large colour high contrast TFT display
• Alarm system: 4 three colour LEDs, sound alarm
• Possibility of operation in two frequency mode
• Possibility of encoder and rotary scanner connection
• Possibility of low temperature instrument implementation
 Possibility of defects detection:
• Depth = from 0.1 mm
• Opening = from 0.002 mm
• Operating frequency: setup range from 50 Hz to 12 MHz
• Generator output voltage (double amplitude): from 0.5 V to 6 V • Adjusted gain range: 30 dB
• Adjusted preamplifier range: 40 dB
• Phase signal variation (signal rotation range from 0° to 360° with a step
0.1°, 1°, 10°)
• Samples frequency up to: 6 kHz
• Digital filtering, 5 filter types: • Lowpass
• Highpass
• Bandpass
• Differntial
• Averaging
