ICS-1323 has good sensitivity from low energy with its ionization chamber at the same time offers very flat responses for a wide energy range. Expanded range, up to 1Sv/h for H*(10) dose equivalent rate and H*(10) accumulate dose equivalent, supports wider range measurement compared to conventional instruments.
